*Turkish Liras price is valid only for Turkish Citizens
Registration fee includes:
- Participation at all the conference sessions,
- Abstracts Book,
- Conference Materials,
- Coffee-Tea-Soft Drinks- Cookies during coffee-breaks,
- Excursion,
- Conferance Dinner.
Remark: Registration fee does not cover your accommodation.
For completing your registration please follow the next steps:
- Please write reference information (your name, your university and your country) on the bank receipt when transfering money.
- Payment confirmation is needed by e-mail sent to contact.icpam.van@gmail.com after scaning your bank receipt.
- All conference participants are responsible for any bank remittance expenses or any commision charges. In case the full registration fees are not received by the organizers due to bank charges, you will be asked to pay the difference at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration before June 30, 2015, 100 $ (U. S. Dolars) cancellation fee applies. Cancellations after June 30, 2015 will not be refunded. All refunds will be reimbursed after the conference and any Bank Transfer Fee paid during registration CAN NOT BE REIMBURSED!!
